At Brightside Home Solutions, we custom make your windows so the price depends upon the size & shape among other customizable options of your windows.  What we can say is you won't find windows as a high quality for such an amazing of a price anywhere!

Our windows are made with premium uPVC resin (also known as a "virgin vinyl") as this is the most time-tested, non-conductive element that requires very little maintenance as opposed to wood, which is very high maintenance requiring refinishing with paint or compared with fiberglass which fades and loses its color very easily.  The worst material to make windows out of is aluminum because it is the most conductive element on the periodic table and will cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars in energy loss throughout the year.

Unfortunately, no.  Our windows may not perform as intended if installed incorrectly. That’s why we don’t take risk anything with the installation.  Luckily, our most common promotion includes free installation!

The installation will take on average 10 windows per day (e.g. 30 windows may take about 3 days to install).  Our installers take their time, while other companies are known for rushing and taking forever to finish the job because they have to come back to fix things multiple times.  We aim for a one-visit installation.  For us, it's all about complete & lasting quality.   

To prepare for the installation, please remove curtains, drapes and fixtures around the windows, and move all furniture 3-5 feet away from the windows the night before as our installers generally arrive between 9-11am.  We look forward to seeing you soon!

To schedule a warranty claim, you may call us or file it online.  To file an online claim, please click "Warranty" in the menu at the top of our website.  Click "Start Your Online Warranty" to begin, and you'll be taken directly to the warranty registration/log-in page.  If you haven't already registered there, you will need to register to create a new account to begin your warranty claim.

Yes, we generally require a minimum purchase of 8 windows with some exception.  While you will save more money on your energy bills and have a better return on investment by replacing all the windows in your home, there's absolutely no pressure to replace them all if you need to start with a lesser amount to be replaced now!  Give us a call or click on "Contact Us" option in our menu to get started.

You have 3-business days to make any changes to your order or cancel if needed to wait on replacing your windows for any reason.  After the 3rd business day at 11:59pm, you are not allowed to cancel your order.
